Convenient location with free parking if needed and just next door to most popular eateries and surrounding and nearby to malls and attraction areas and restaurant. Very friendly staff all over the place.

The location couldn't be more strategic and convenient near to the Teluk Cempedak beach. The room with view.

The room was brand-new and perfect with a queen bed, antique cupboard, The Godfather movies. The location was strategic and comfy - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

Fairly clean and the staff was amicable. Loved the room with view, my bed was extremely comfy. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away.

Fairly clean and unique hotel with big and lovely romantic rooms. Helpful and excellent staff; smooth check in. Unique building and rooms with beautiful decoration. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Strategic and comfy location, to the nearby shopping mall. Relaxing stay, as always.

I got exceptionally nice and clean room with Japanese decor. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was fairly friendly and excellent. The location was good for me, right at city centre.

the staff very friendly, the decor is great & so romantic even thou the renovation of building is still on progres but the hotel quite clean & tidy..over all i like this hotel :)

The design is very nice, I love the rain shower and the bed is huge.
The remote control for aircond is not available in the room.I,m not able to adjust the temperature.
